The Bampton Bridge Club meets in the Village Hall every Tuesday 7:30 pm to 10pm. Duplicate Bridge is played on the 1st 3rd, and 5th Tuesday of the month. Rubber bridge on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays. The annual subscription is £5 with a charge of £1.00 per session. New members are always welcome.

Bampton Bush Club is a weekly lunch club for local retired residents and is held in the Old School Community Centre in Church View. Members enjoy a cooked lunch and entertainment each Wednesday during "term-time". Activities are run each week and include a variety of activities, with demonstrations on flower arranging and Scottish Country Dancing, arts and crafts, talks on various subjects of interest, including travel, visits from local school children, sing-a-long sessions, exercise sessions and regular raffles, competitions, quizzes and bingo. We also go on occasional trips to have lunch at local pubs, or visit garden centres etc. Coffee or tea is provided on arrival and a freshly cooked two course lunch is served for a very small charge - just £ 4 per week. Free transport is available within Bampton, if required. We welcome anyone wishing to join us but our membership is limited to 40 people so from time to time there is a waiting list. Members must be able to cope with their own personal needs.

The Bampton Gardening Club runs an annual show in the Autumn catering for flowers vegetables home cookery needlework, gardens and allotments, and handicrafts.
